Upon Rising
אוֹדֶה אֲנִי לְפָנַיךְ רוּחַ חַיָה וְקַיֶּמֶת שֶׁהֶחֱזַרְתְּ בִּי נִשְׁמָתִי בְּחֶנְכָה רַבָּה אֱמוּנָתֵךְ.
Odeh ani lifanayikh ru-aḥ ḥayya vǝkayemet sheheḥazart bee nishmatee raba emunateikh.
I give thanks to You, Living and enduring Spirit, for restoring my soul within me in compassion; Your faith is great.

נְבָרֵך אֵת יי אֱלֹוהוּתֵנוּ רוּחַ הָעוֹלָם עַל נְתִינָה לָשֶּׂכְוִי בִינָה לְהַבְחִין בֵּין יוֹם וּבֵין .לָילָה.
Nǝvarekh et Yah, Elohuteinu, Ruaḥ ha-olam, al nǝteena lasekhvee veena lǝhavḥeen bein yom uvein layla.
Let us bless G!d, our Divinity, Life of all the worlds for granting the rooster understanding to distinguish between day and night.
בְּרוּכָה אַתְּ יי אֱלֹהַתֵנוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים אשֶׁר נָתְנָה לָשֶּׂכְוִי בִינָה לְהַבְחִין בֵּין יוֹם וּבֵין לָילָה.
Bǝrukha at Shekhina, Elohateinu, Ḥei ha-olameem asher natna lasekhvee veena lǝhavḥeen bein yom uvein layla.
Blessed Thou! Presence, our G!d, Life of all the worlds, who gave the rooster understanding to distinguish between day and night.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים שֶׁעָשַׂנִי בְּצַלְמוֹ.
Barukh ata Adanai, Eloheinu, Ḥei ha-olameem, she-asanee bǝtsalmo.
Blessed Thou! Our Foundation, our G?d, Life of all the worlds, who made me in His image.
נְבָרֵך אֵת יי אֱלֹוהוּתֵנוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים עַל עֲשִׂיָּתֵנוּ בְּצֶלֶם.
Nǝvarekh et Yah, Elohuteinu, Ḥei ha-olameem, al aseeyatanee bǝtselem.
Let us bless the Cause of Being, our Divinity, Life of all the worlds, for making me in the Divine image.

Blessed Thou! Presence, our G!d, Queen of the world, Creator of openings for the blind.

Let us bless the Cause of Being, our Divinity, Seeing Source of the world, for creating openings for the blind.
The Oneness of G!d
שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ יי אֶחָד.
Shǝma Yisra-el Adanai Eloheinu, Adanai eḥad.
Hear, [people of] Israel: Adanai/My Foundation is our G!d; Adanai/My foundation is One.
שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ יי אַחַת.
Shǝma Yisra-el Yah Elohateinu, Yah aḥat.
Hear, [people of] Israel: Yah is our G!d; Yah is One.
נִשְמָעָה יִשְרָאֵל יי הָאֱלוֹהוּת יי הָאַחְדוּת.
Nishma Yisra-el Yah ha-Elohut; Yah ha-aḥdoot.
Let us listen, [people] Israel: Y?h is Divinity; Y!h is oneness.
נִשְמָעָה יִשְרָאֵל יי אֱלוֹהוּתֵנוּ יי הָאַחְדוּת הַגְּמוּרָה.
Nishma Yisra-el Yah Elohuteinu; Yah ha-aḥdoot.
Let us listen, [people] Israel: Y?h is our Divinity; Y!h is the ultimate oneness.
The Beauty and Goodness of the Natural World
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ רָז הָעוֹלָם שֶׁכָּכָה לוֹ בְּעוֹלָמוֹ.
Barukh ata Yah, Eloheinu, Raz ha-olam, shekakha lo ba-olamo.
Blessed Thou! Causer-of-Being, Mystery of the world, that it’s like this in His world.
בְּרוּכָה אַתְּ יי אֱלֹהַתֵנוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים שֶׁכָּכָה לָה בְּעוֹלָמָהּ.
Bǝrukha at Shekhina, Elohateinu, Ḥei ha-olameem, shekakha la ba-olama.
Blessed Thou! Presence, Life of all the worlds, that it’s like this in Her world.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים עוֹשֶׂה מַעֲשֵׂה בְרֵאְשִׁית.

Blessed Thou! Causer-of-Being, Life of all the worlds, Doer of the deeds of creation.
נְבָרֵך אֵת יי אֱלֹוהוּתֵנוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים עַל מַעֲשֵׂה בְרֵאְשִׁית.
Nǝvarekh et Yah, Elohuteinu, Ḥei ha-olameem, al ma-ase vǝreisheet.
Let us bless the Cause of Being, our Divinity, Life of all the worlds, for the acts of creation.

Blessed Thou! Causer-of-Being, Life of all the worlds: His strength and might fill the world.
נְבָרֵך אֵת יי אֱלֹוהוּתֵנוּ חֵי הָעוֹלַמִים שֶׁכֹּחַ הַנְּשָׁמָה וּגְבוּרַת הַרוּחַ מָלֵא עוֹלָם.
Nǝvarekh et Yah, Elohuteinu, Ḥei ha-olameem, sheko-aḥ hanǝshama oogǝvoorat haroo-aḥ malei olam.
Let us bless the Cause of Being, our Divinity, Life of all the worlds, for filling the world with strength of soul and might of spirit.

Goodness and Truth
בָּרוּךְ הַטּוֹב וְהַמֵּטִִיב.
Bǝrukh hatova vǝhameiteev.
Blessed is the good and beneficent One.

Bǝrukha dayenet ha-emet.
Blessed is the Judge of truth.
נִבְרְכָה בִּפְנֵי דִין הָאֱמֶת.
Nivarǝkha bifnei deen ha-emet.
May we still offer blessing in the face of the judgment of truth.
